ziopora.ch
your Swiss identity protector for data privacy
Every time you registers with a data provider to download a public report, even free of charge, or every time you do a simple Google search on a person or a company, you show your identity as well as those of the subjects you are searching for.
Have you ever thought about it?
In today's technological landscape, it is important to be aware that our devices, such as smartphones and other electronic devices, can listen to our conversations, see us and collect information about us. This behaviour implies that our daily interactions are recorded and transmitted to third parties without our explicit consent. It is crucial to understand that private conversations may not be as private as we think, and the information collected may be used for targeted marketing, user profiling or even sold for commercial purposes, at best.
It is therefore crucial to take precautions to protect our privacy online and offline.
In pursuing our daily compliance duties, we often find ourselves interacting with external search engines and providers, most of which are not Swiss, or, if they are, have offices or subsidiaries outside Switzerland. Some of them even delegate their activities to non-Swiss external providers.
Ziopora yDDP is a Swiss company with servers located only in Switzerland. All data is therefore stored in Switzerland. Our IT service provider is also Swiss and has no branches outside Switzerland.
Ziopora yDDP does not have any offices or branches outside of Switzerland, and has no plans to open any, as the company's added value lies in
processing data exclusively on Swiss territory.

Do you really think that hiding your IP address or using a VPN will protect you?
Advanced search engines obtain information via the GPS of our devices, from sensors in the Wi-Fi networks we use and from the analysis of our navigation data.
Furthermore, VPN providers can access our IP address, so even if they conceal our IP address, they allow their providers to collect our data and disclose it to third parties.
Therefore, even while we are using a VPN, advanced search engines can obtain all our information and that related to our searches through the GPS of our devices, the sensors in the Wi-Fi networks we use, and the analysis of our browsing data.
Do you understand what is happening?
We are unwittingly telling third parties who we are and who our valuable customers are. And these parties are usually non-Swiss and potentially dangerous to our business.
Of the major VPN providers, only one is Swiss, but it uses more than 70 non-Swiss external providers.
Of all the data providers and IT platforms that you or your consultants use, do you know how many are Swiss? Not a single one.

A good family man is one who, striving to realize the interests of its family, is guided by a particular solicitude. Nowadays this principle is a standard by which to measure the quality and quantity of the diligence owed by the client in the performance of the service bought.
The diligence of the good family man is understood as the adequate commitment of energies and means to the
satisfaction of the client's interest, that is legitimate to expect of any subject of
appropriate prudence and shrewdness.
We employ highly qualified collaborators.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not post any information about them online. You will be able to get to know them better during the continuation of the business relationship.
